My name is Erin. I’m an independent wellness practitioner and 4th year Core Energetics practitioner in training. As a mentor and guide, I work with the energy and consciousness of the whole person to assist in personal and spiritual growth.

I offer online sessions that bring awareness to all areas of life that impact your health and wellbeing. While most of my sessions involve talking, I also encourage body movement and verbal expression that helps you uncover and release stuck energy. This helps you to recognize the unconscious thoughts, beliefs and behaviors at the root of negative patterns and ultimately connects you to your higher self.

  • Core Energetics

    Core Energetics is a body-oriented approach to deep inner work and healing. By working with the energy system, hidden negativity and destructive patterns are uncovered and experienced, perhaps for the first time. As the stuck energy starts to move and become known, consciousness expands as it integrates the previously unconscious material. Over time, this delicate process results in more openness and compassion, less emotional reactivity, and a more whole sense of self.

  • Conscious Freedom Coaching

    The Conscious Freedom technique is a powerful tool for developing emotional maturity. It brings awareness to unconscious thoughts, feelings and behaviors that are rooted in false beliefs of deprivation, powerlessness and worthlessness. Through a series of steps, you can start to identify when these patterns are activated and instead choose an empowered response over an emotionally charged reaction.

  • Health Education

    A healthy and balanced inner terrain, free of stress and inflammation, is foundational to prevent disease and promote optimal health. But that’s easier said than done because we are perfectly, imperfect human beings. Not only do we live in a world full of toxins, we may not have been taught how to best care for ourselves or we may have underlying reasons for self-medicating with things like sugar, alcohol or drugs. Amidst the plethora of health information circulating out there, I can share the basics to create a healthier lifestyle, better manage stress, and set the stage for a greater sense of health.

About Erin

After many years working as a nurse, I set out on my own healing process to explore a more satisfying life experience. This journey began by looking at how nutrition and lifestyle behaviors affect physical health, as well as the negative impact stress and inflammation has on the body.

Next, I focused on the interconnectedness of our emotional, mental and physical health and how automatic thoughts, feelings and behaviors are often rooted in early childhood programming. Fortunately, as adults we can learn to free ourselves from old patterns because we have the capacity to feel strong emotions and recognize the beliefs that no longer serve us.

Last but not least, I began my exploration of energy, consciousness and spirituality. I discovered how these aspects can work together to promote a greater sense of peace, meaning and purpose while feeling part of something greater than oneself. I am happy to share what I have learned in a supportive role with others because I believe it is through our individual efforts to grow and expand that we can ultimately create a more conscious and loving world.
